A: We typically do not charge for initial consultations
in complex civil matters. For routine legal work, issues quickly
resolved, and criminal matters we charge an hourly rate beginning with
the first consultation.
Q: What fee arrangements are available?
A: We typically start with a fixed fee retainer. A
retainer is an up-front fee paid to secure and pay for legal
representation.
Q: Do you have alternate payment plans?
A: Yes. Often legal issues arise at inopportune
times. It is vitally important that you find and secure quality
legal service. We understand this is often an unexpected expense, and will help find a plan that is convenient for you.

A: We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, and MasterCard.

find the attorney best suited to assist you and schedule an appointment.
At least one attorney is always available to meet outside normal
